Rate: $80 hr with a $120 minimum service call (1 1/2hrs).

  • Remodeling
  • Small bathrooms including, vanity, top, faucet, mirror, toilet, light fixture replacement
  • Plumbing:
  • Plumbing repairs, replace sink drain assemblies, supply lines, shut off valves under sinks
  • Repair and/or replace faucets, toilets, Garbage disposals and dishwashers
  • Icemaker lines
  • Sump pumps
  • Electrical:
  • Install or replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches and outlets
  • Kitchen hood vent or over the range microwave installation/replacement
  • Misc:
  • Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
  • Minor drywall repairs and painting
  • Tile backsplashes and small tile floor installations
  • Door and window trim
  • Hang pictures and window treatments
  • Installation of grab bars
  • Assemble furniture

I’m Adam Nola and I’ve been in the construction industry since 1980, a licensed builder since 1986 and then established my own business in 1990.

My workmanship has a limited lifetime warranty. The exceptions are: abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear and regularly scheduled maintenance.
